APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Gerald J. and Richard A. Jansen)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to finalize
property in the NE 114 of Section 11, and
a one parcel division of the Gerald J. and Richard A. Jansen
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map to
finalize a one parcel division of the Gerald J. and Richard A.
Jansen property in the NE 114 of Section 11, subject to
approval by the City Engineer, and with a 60' road reservation
shown through Parcel 2 as requested by the Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the $75.00 submittal fee and $200.00 in lieu of park
dedication.
