PETITION FOR A CONTESTED CASE HEARING
(Future Parkland Landfill)
WHEREAS, Future Parkland Development, Inc. has a proposal
before the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources for
establishing and operating a nonhazardous foundry wasteland
disposal facility in the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS. all reauests for a oublic hearing concerning the
feasibiiity repdrt must be filed with the-DNR by FebFuary 5,
1986, and
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego wishes to give notice to the DNR
that it reserves its right to request a contested case hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby direct the Mayor to notify the
Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources that the City of
Muskego wishes to request a contested case hearing concerning
the feasibility report submitted by Future Parkland
Development, Inc.
