AUTHORIZING CITY ENGINEERS TO RE-BID
JEWEL CREEK DRAINAGE PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Common Council rejected all bids received for the
Jewel Creek Drainage Project on September 26, 1985, because
they were much higher than anticipated, and
WHEREAS, the Little Muskego Lake Association has requested that
the project now be re-bid, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended re-bidding
the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works
Jewel Creek Drainage Project.
Committee, does hereby authorize Ruekert & Mielke to re-bid the
