APPROVAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS - GLYNN CLAN, INC.
WHEREAS, Glynn Clan, Inc. has petitioned the Common Council for
2217.959, and
legal lot status of property on Bay Lane Place with Tax Key No.
WHEREAS, this property is located in an RS-3 OLS district which
requires lot area of 10,000 sq. ft. with 66-213 ft. average
width, and
WHEREAS, this lot has an average width of 51 ft and is 7,522
sq. ft. in area, and
WHEREAS, approximately 40% of the lots in this area are
substandard, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve the request of Glynn Clan, Inc.
