DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT THE IMPLEMENTING
ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP
(M. Learned - EA to EA 00s)
WHEREAS, Maxine Learned petitioned the Common Council to rezone
that property described below from EA to EA (00s) to provide
for an overlay to allow a dance studio:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said 114 Section;
thence N 89' 51' 58" E, along the North line of said 114
New C.T.H. "Y"; thence S 03' 29' 48" W, along said reference
Section, 1713.74 feet to a point on the reference line of
feet to a point in the East line of said highway; thence S
line, 202.13 feet to a point; thence S 86" 30' 12" E, 50.00
00" 45' W, along said East line, 110.49 feet to the point of
beginning; continuing thence S 00" 45' W, along said East
line, 223.73 feet to a point being the Northwest corner of a
Certified Survey Map; thence S 78' 46' 12" E, along the
North line of said Certified Survey Map, 195.93 feet to a
Map; thence S 11' 13' 48" W, along the East line of said
point being the Northeast corner of said Certified Survey
Certified Survey Map, 150.00 feet to a point being the
46' 12" E, along the southeasterly extension of the South
Southeast corner of said Certified Survey Map; thence S 78'
line of said Certified Survey Map, 224.59 feet to a point;
thence N 11' 13' 48" E, 370.00 feet to a point; thence N 78'
46' 12" W, 461.22 feet to the point of beginning.
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby direct the City Attorney to draft
the necessary implementing ordinance for the rezoning of the
property described above from EA to EA (00s).
