AUTHORIZING LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN SNOWMOBILE PATROLMAN
AND CITY OF MUSKEG0
b WHEREAS, in order to protect the City's part-time snowmobile
patrolman against liability and snowmobile damage, the City
wishes to lease his snowmobile while it is being used for
patrolling, and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has budgeted $200.00 for the
snowmobile patrolman's salary for 1986, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval of the
lease agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorizie the Mayor and Clerk to
execute a lease agreement between the City and the part-time
snowmobile patrolman for use of his snowmobile.

SNOWMOBILE PATROLMAN LEASE AGREEMENT
The City of Muskego (employer) hereby leases from Gerald Warda
(employee), a snowmobile having Wisconsin registration number
8105 SB, ID #343300206, which the employee will use as
snowmobile patrolman for the City of Muskego.
In consideration of the lease of employee's snowmobile, the
employer shall pay the employee One Dollar ($1.00) per season,
per season, and the City shall provide full insurance coverage
together with a salary and snowmobile operating cost of $200.00
upon said snowmobile to cover damages occasioned by fire,
may occur during the term of this lease as contained in the
theft, explosion, accident, negligence or any other cause that
terms of the insurance coverage now in effect with the City of
Muskego, and applicable hereto.
The term of this lease shall be from 1/1/86 thru 12/31/86.
