AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
WITH CENTRAL OFFICE SYSTEMS CORP.

BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby
authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute a Maintenance
Agreement with Central Office Systems Corp. for Panasonic KX-
E603 Typewriter from 12130185 to 12/29/86 in the amount of
$80.00.

This agreement provides a total maintenance program for the
mutual acceptance of the terms and conditions below, Central
equipment identified by the serial number(s) listed above. Upon
Office Systems Corp. will provide the following:
1. COS will provide unlimited emergency service calls by a
trained service technician as reasonably requested by the
customer at no additional charge for parts or labor necessary to
obtain normal machine operation. COS will provide one annual
preventive maintenance inspection.

casualty, or effects ,of natural forces is specifically excluded
from this agreement.
