RESOLUTION #6-86
APPROVAL OF CONTRIBUTION TO PENSION PLAN BY
PERCENTAGE BASIS - Sewer Utility Foreman
WHEREAS, in 1984 the Council determined that contribution to
the pension plan by the City for the Sewer Treatment Plant
Operator should be the same as for Public Works Employees, and
WHEREAS, for 1985/86 the Sewer Utility Foreman was included in
the settlement resolution for non-represented employees, which
includes a per-hour method of contribution to the pension plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
pension plan for the Sewer Utility Foreman to be on a
City of Muskego, does hereby approve the contribution to the
percentage basis in accordance with the Public Works Employees
settlement, which for 1986 is 5.7%.
