DENIAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS

WHEREAS. a petition has been submitted on behalf of Ben Homer
by Robert Yaeger. Wauwatosa Realty agent. for determination of
status for Lot 12 in the Unrecorded Zieglers Oak Park
Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended denial. per the
attached Resolution #P. C. 6-R6.
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby deny the request for legal lot status
for Lot 12 in the Unrecorded Zieglers Oak Park Subdivision. for
the reasons as shown on the attached Plan Commission Resolution
#P. C. 6-86.
