CCR1986001RESOLUTION 111 -86 DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT THE IMPLEMENTING ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE DISTRICT ZONING MAP (Richter-RS-2 to RSA) WHEREAS, a petition has been submitted by Fred Richter to amend the District Zoning Map to rezone that property located on the southeast corner of College Avenue and Martin Drive in the NW 1/4 of Section 4 from RS-2 to RSA to permit construction of a two-unit townhouse, and WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval, and WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby direct the City Attorney to draft the implementing ordinance to amend the District Zoning Map to 0 rezone the following described property from RS-2 to RSA That part of Certified Survey Map of a part of the North Range 20 East, City of Muskego. recorded in the office of 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 4, Township 5 North, the Register of Deeds for Waukesha County.
