AMENDMENT TO FINAL RESOLUTION
BAY LANE/BAY COURT ROAD PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Final Resolution for the Bay Lane and Bay Court
Roadway Reconstruction Assessment Area was adopted on 9/24/85
by Resolution 11232-85, and
Report and assessment roll to include Assmt. No. 41-Tax Key No.
WHEREAS, an amendment has been made to the City Engineers
2217.955 (Lesch), and
WHEREAS, there is no change in the assessable project cost.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby amend Final Resolution 11232-85 to
include acceptance of the Amended City Engineer's Report and
Assessment Roll dated 10/3/85.

WHEREAS, the Final Resolution 11232-85 for the Bay Lane and Bay
Court Roadway Reconstruction Assessment Area was adopted on
9/24/85, and
WHEREAS, an amendment has been made to the City Engineers
Report and assessment roll to include Assmt. No. 41-Tax Key No.
2217.955 (Lesch) , and
WHEREAS, an additional amendment has been made to reduce the
lot assessment of 2217.990 (Schaumberg) from 2 to 1 as a land
division would not be possible, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby amend Final Resolution 11232-85 to
include acceptance of the Amended City Engineer's Report and
Assessment Roll dated 10/22/85, with the reduction in the
Schaumberg assessment to become the responsibility of TID 114
with no change in the assessable project cost.
