ESTABLISHING PERMIT FEE FOR WATERWAY MARKERS
BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby
amend the permit fee for any waterway marker or aid to
navigation issued by the Common Council ursuant to Section
20.10(4)(b) of the Municipal Code, from ! 1.50 established by
Resolution 11161-68 to $10.00 per license year.
