FIRST AMENDED RELOCATION ORDER OF THE
CITY OF MUSKEGO, WAUKESHA COUNTY, WISCONSIN
(Jewel Creek Rehabilitation District)
NOW COMES the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, by i
Common Council and for its First Amended Relocation Order hereby
resolves as follows :
1. That this Resolution is an amendment to a Relocation Order

which is Resolution #60-85 which was passed and approved on March 26,
1985 :
2. That this Resolution is a First Amended Relocation Order in
accordance with Section 32.05(1), Wisconsin Statutes, for the purposes
of the within described public improvements project and it is also a
determination of necessity for that project in accordance with Section
32.07(2), Wisconsin Statutes.
3. That the City of Muskego hereby determines that it is
necessary and a public purpose to construct a permanent easement for
water course improvements as shown on the map attached hereto, made a
part hereof and marked Exhibit "1";
0 4. That said permanent easement and other necessary temporary
construction easements will be built as set forth on the map attached
to this First Amended Relocation Order marked Exhibit "1":
5. That the sites of said permanent easement and other
necessary temporary construction easements are contained in Exhibit
"1" which is incorporated herein: that a legal description to said
sites is attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "2".
6. That the City of Muskego will acquire permanent easements for
water course improvements and certain other necessary temporary
construction easements as indicated on Exhibits "1" and "2".
Passed and approved this 9th day of July, 1985.
I hereby certify that on the 9th day of July, 1985, the within
First Amended Relocation Order was adopted by a vote of ayes to
nays by the Common Council of the City of Muskego, Waukesha
County, Wisconsin.

Improvements Along Jewel Creek
All that part of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 4 and Northeast
1/4 of Section 5, Town 5 North, Range 20 East, City of
Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, being a 50.00 foot wide
strip of land, the centerline of which is described as

89°19'02" West, along the North line of the Northeast 1/4 of
Section 5, 470.00 feet; thence due South, 90.00 feet to the
place of beginning of said centerline: thence along the
