ENGINEERING AND DESIGN FOR THE PROPOSED INDUSTRIAL PARK
AUTHORIZING THE ENGINEERS TO PROCEED WITH THE
WHEREAS, in order to proceed with the expansion of the
Industrial Park, certain design and engineering work is
required.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, does hereby authorize Ruekert & Mielke to
proceed with the engineering and design work for the expansion
of the Industrial Park on those improvements which are deemed
necessary by the Mayor to meet the Tax Incremental Financing
timetable.
a BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the funding for this engineering
cost shall come from TID #7.
