AUTHORIZING DRAHEIM COMPANY TO OBTAIN EASEMENTS
FOR TESS CORNERS/GAULKE DRIVE DRAINAGE PROJECT
WHEREAS, Draheim Company has been retained to negotiate for the
purchase of certain lands on Gaulke Drive relative to the Tess
Corners/Gaulke Drive Drainage Project, and
WHEREAS, certain property owners wish to transfer their
property to the City at no charge to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize Draheim Company, on
behalf of the City of Muskego, to obtain interests in the
Project which will be transferred by the owners at no cost to
properties involved in the Tess Corners/Gaulke Drive Drainage
the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to execute all appropriate documents. 0
