ESTABLISHING FEE FOR PREPARATION OF ZONING CERTIFICATES
PURSUANT TO FARMLAND PRESERVATION ACT
WHEREAS, in order to participate in the Farmland Preservation
Program, a Zoning Certificate must be completed, and
WHEREAS, the Building Inspector has requested the establishment
of a $10.00 fee to provide this service, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVFD that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby establish a fee of $10.00 for completion
of a Zoning Certificate pursuant to the Farmland Preservation
Act, effective immediately.
