RESOLUTION 11275-84
APPROPRIATING ARCHITECTURAL PLANNING FUNDS
FOR LIBRARY/CITY HALL EXPANSION

WHEREAS, a request has been made by the Library Board for the
appropriation of $20,000 for preparation of architectural plans
to expand the library by four modules, which would provide
space for library and city hall expansion, and would ensure
compliance with the federal rules for handicapped access.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, does hereby authorize an expenditure not to
exceed $20,000 from TID 117 for preparation of architectural
plans as requested by the Library Board.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk and Library Director are
authorized to enter into an agreement with an architectural
firm for preparation of said plans upon approval of the Library
Board.
