DOCUMENTS FOR TRANSFER OF PROPERTY FROM CTIY OF MUSKEGO
DIRECT THE CITY ATTORNEY TO PREPARE NECESSARY LEGAL
TO MUSKEGO VOLUNTEER FIRE COMPANY
WHEREAS, a request has been submitted by the Muskego Volunteer
Fire Company for the deed of the lot adjoining the firehouse on
Janesville Rd., and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the sale
of this lot to the MVFC for -0- dollars, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, does hereby direct the City Attorney to prepare
the necessary legal documents to transfer the property adjoining
the firehouse on Janesville Rd. to the Muskego Volunteer Fire
Company for -0- dollars.
