RELOCATION ORDER OF THE CITY OF MJSKEGO
WAUKESHA COUNTY, WISCONSIN
(Martin Ludwig Estate Sewer and Highway Project)
NOW COMES the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, by
its City Council and for its Relocation Order hereby resolves as follows:
1. That this Resolution is a Relocation Order in accordance
with Section 32.05 (1.1, Wisconsin Statntes, for the purposes of the
within described public improvement project and it is also a deter-
mination of necessity for that project in accordance with Section
32.07 (2), Wisconsin Statutes;
2. That the City of Muskego hereby determines that it is necessary
and a public purpose to construct a sanitary sewer and highway as shown
on the map attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "A";
3. That fee simple title is necessary to build a sanitary sewer
and highway as set forth on the map which is annexed to this Resolution 0 Order as Exhibit "A" and is incorporated herein.
4. That the site of said fee simple title for sanitary sewer and
highway is contained on Exhibit "A" which is incorporated herein; that
the legal description to said site is attached hereto, made a part
hereof and marked Exhibit "E";
5. That the City of Muskego will acquire a fee simple title for
sanitary sewer and highway improvements as indicated on Exhibits "A"
and "B".

feet and South 1'20'39" East, 305.00 feet from the North 1/4
corner of said Section 15: thence South 1O20'39" East, 100.00
feet; thence North 87'48'11" East, 50.00 feet; thence North
1O20'39" West, 150.00 feet: thence South 87'48'11'' West, 25.00

RELOCATION ORDER OF THE CITY OF MUSKEG0
WAUKESHA COUNTY, WISCONSIN
(Martin Ludwig Estate Sewer Project)
NOW COMES the City of Muskeqo, Waukesha County, Wisconsin,
by its City Council and for its Relocation Order hereby resolves as
follows:
1. That this Resolution is a Relocation Order in accordance
with Section 32.05 (11, Wisconsin Statutes, for the pu.rposes of the
within described public improvement project and it is also a deter-
mination of necessity for that project in accordance with Section
32.07 (21, Wisconsin Statutes;
2. That the City of Muskeqo hereby determines that it is
necessary and a public purpose to construct a sanitary sewer for
sewer improvements as shown on the map attached hereto, made a part
hereof and marked Exhibit "A";
3. That a permanent easement and other necessary temporary 0 construction easement is necessary to build a sanitary sewer as set
forth on the map which is annexed to this Relocation Order as Exhibit
"A" and is incorporated herein.
4. That the site of said permanent easement and other necessary
temporary construction easement is contained in Exhibit "A" which is
incorporated herein; that the legal description to said site is
attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "B";
5. That the City of Muskeqo will acquire a permanent easement
for sanitary sewer improvements and certain other necessary temporary
construction easement as indicated on Exhibits "A" and "B".
