APPROVAL OF HOLDING TANK AGREEMENT

WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a request from Alice
L. Marold, DVM to install a holding tank to serve her property
at S102 W13945 Loomis Drive in the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, approval has also been requested from the Waukesha
County Health Department, and
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the installation of a holding
DVM at SI02 W13945 Loomis Drive in the City of Muskego.
