AUTHORIZING A SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR POSTAGE
METER MACHINE BETWEEN CITY OF MUSKEGO AND
PITNEY BOWES, INC.
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that a
proposed one-year Maintenance Agreement for a postage meter
machine in City Hall with Pitney Bowes, Inc. be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve the agreement between the City
Agreement at a cost not to exceed $197.00 for a postage meter
of Muskego and Pitney Bowes, Inc. for a one-year Maintenance
machine.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be authorized
to execute the agreement on behalf of the City.
