ADDITION TO UNIFORM LOCAL BAIL BOND SCHEDULE

WHEREAS, a Uniform Local Bail Bond Schedule was approved by the
Common Council in Resolution #23-84, adopted February 14, 1984,
and
WHEREAS, the Rules, Laws and Ordinance Committee has
recommended that the forfeiture for a fire lane parking
violation be raised, and
WHEREAS, Municipal Judge Peter Lentz has recommended adoption
of the following bail schedule for a fire lane violation:

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
Ordinance Committee. does herebv add the followine for a fire
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Rules, Laws and
