APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP (W. Delikat)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to finalize
a two parcel division of the Wayne and Chrysa Delikat property
located in the SE 114 of Section 10, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map to
property on Woods Rd. in the SE 1/4 of Section 10, subject to
finalize a two parcel division of the Wayne and Chrysa Delikat
approval by the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the $25.00 submittal fee and $200.00 in lieu of park
dedication.
