ACCEPTANCE OF QUOTE
WHEREAS, the 1984 Capital Budget included $60,000 for the
purchase of a rubber-tired front end loader (replacement), and
WHEREAS, quotes have been received as follows:

WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended approval of
$43,996.00 plus the Michelin tires at a cost of approximately
the quote received from Bark River Eqpt. at a cost of
$350.00.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works
Committee, does hereby ap rove the quote received from Bark
River Eqpt. at a cost of $ 43,996.00 plus the Michelin tires at
a cost of approximately $350.00, and authorizes the City Clerk
to execute the necessary documents for said purchase.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that payment of this 1984 Capital Budget
item shall be made after January 1, 1985.
