AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF CLAIM
(G. Warda)
WHEREAS, a claim was submitted by Gerald Warda in the amount of
$1,731.00 for damage done to his engine and prop while
Lake, and
performing his duties as Water Patrolman on Little Muskego
WHEREAS, the City's insurance company has reimbursed Mr. Warda
for $1,355.80, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the balance
of the claim in the amount of $375.20 be reimbursed to Mr.
Warda.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
does hereby authorize the City Clerk to reimburse Mr. Warda in
while performing his duties as Water Patrolman on Little
the amount of $375.20 for damage done to his engine and prop
Muskego Lake.
