DENIAL OF CLAIM
(K. TIEDEMAN)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a claim from Kathleen
Tiedeman dated 10/16/84, and
WHEREAS, this claim was disallowed by the insurance company,
and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the claim
be denied.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does
hereby deny the claim of Kathleen Tiedeman submitted 10/16/84.
