GRANTING PERMISSION FOR WINTER SOFTBALL LEAGUE
ON BIG MUSKEG0 LAKE
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has received a request from the
Lakeshore Inn for permission to form a winter softball league
for games to be played on Saturdays from January 5th to March
9th, 1985 on Big Muskego Lake between the hours of 1O:OO A.M.
and 4:OO P.M., and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval subject
to the posting of a $200.00 bond to assure the maintenance of
the area by the softball league.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
does hereby grant permission to the Lakeshore Inn to form a
January 5th to March 9th, 1985 on Big Muskego Lake between the
winter softball league for games to be played on Saturdays from
hours of 1O:OO A.M. and 4:OO P.M.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a $200.00 bond shall be posted
prior to the start of the games, to assure the City that the
Softball League will be responsible for maintaining the area.
