GRANTING PERMISSION FOR DRIVING SKILL CONTEST
ON LITTLE MUSKEG0 LAKE (Lakeview Gardens)
WHEREAS, the Finance Commitee has received a request from the
Badger State Vettes, Ltd. Club for permission to hold a driving
skill contest on Little Muskego Lake (Lakeview Gardens), and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval of a
permit and further recommends that the $200.00 fee be waived,
and a $200.00 bond be posted to guarantee cleanup,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
Little Muskego Lake (Lakeview Gardens) to the Badger State
does hereby grant a permit to hold a driving skill contest on
Vettes, Ltd. Club on January 27, 1985.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the license fee of $200.00 is
hereby waived and a $200.00 bond shall be posted to guarantee
cleanup.
