AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF TIF FUNDS
(Ladwig Drive Sewer Project)
WHEREAS, the Wisconsin Electric Power Company and Wisconsin
Telephone Company have advised it will be necessary to move
utility poles on Woods Road in order to proceed with the Ladwig
Drive Sewer Project, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has requested the City
Engineers to procced with the most economical method of moving
these poles, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval of
moving the utility poles at a cost not to exceed $16,974.79.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Sewer
Committee and the Finance Committee, does hereby authorize the
expenditure of TIF funds in an amount not to exceed $16,974.79
Company and Wisconsin Telephone Company poles on Woods Road in
from TID #4 for the moving of the Wisconsin Electric Power
connection with the Ladwig Drive Sewer Project.
