ADJUSTMENT OF SEWER FEES
(St. Leonard's Convent)
WHEREAS, St. Leonard's Parish has requested an adjustment in
the sewer usage fees paid since 1970 for the convent at W173
S7777 Westwood Drive since the convent has never been connected
to the municipal sewer system, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended that one-
half of the total of $1,356.00 ($678.00) paid be credited
balance of $178.00 be applied to their Reserve Capacity
against the initial construction fee of $500.00, that the
Assessment, and that the plumbing permit fee for hook-up be
waived, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
Committee and the Finance Committee, does hereby credit St.
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Sewer
Leonard's for $678.00 with $500.00 as payment of the initial
construction fee and $178.00 towards their Reserve Capacity
Assessment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the plumbing permit fee for hook-up
is hereby waived.
