BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby
authorize the Mayor to hire Special Counsel to defend the False
Alarm Ordinance.

AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PROPOSAL AND AGREEMENT
INDEPENDENT FINANCIAL CONSULTING SERVICE
(Ehlers and Associates, Inc.)
BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby
approve the Proposal and Agreement for Independent Financial
Consulting Service with Ehlers and Associates, Inc. as
attached.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to execute this agreement in the name of the City.
