APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Muskego Business/Industrial Park)

WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to finalize
a two parcel redivision of the Surinak Development property,
originally known at Lots 6, 7, 8 and 9, Block 5 in the Muskego
Business/Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map to
finalize a two parcel redivision of the Surinak Development
property in the Muskego Business/Industrial Park, subject to
approval by the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the $25.00 submittal fee.
