APPROVAL OF EXTRACTIVE PERMIT
(Thomas Landfill)

WHEREAS, a petition was submitted to the Plan Commission by Mary
P. Thomas for a conditional use grant to permit the removing of a
hill and extraction of gravel in the SE 114 of Section 5, and
WHEREAS, the public hearing was held, and the Plan Commission
recommended Council approval of the extractive permit with
conditions.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does
hereby grant a permit to Mary P. Thomas for the extraction
operation in the SE 1/4 of Section 5 subject to the following
conditions:
1. Any damage to the roads shall be the responsibility of
Thomas Landfill.
2. Submittal of a $25,000 Bond for road restoration
purposes.
3. Crushing Operation to be completed within 45 working
days.
4. This permit shall expire on December 31, 1987, by which
time the gravel must be removed and the site completely
restored as required by the Plan Commission.
