APPROVAL OF HOLDING TANK AGREEMENT
(T. J. Landscaping)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a request from T. J.
Landscaping to install a holding tank to serve their property
at S99 W12707 Loomis Road in the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, the Waukesha County Board of Health has advised the
have no objections to the installation of said holding tank.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the installation of a holding
tank to serve the property owned by T. J. Landscaping at S99
W12707 Loomis Road in the City of Muskego.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized to execute the holding tank agreement in connection
herewith.
