DANDILION PARK REFERENDUM QUESTION
WHEREAS, on September 11, 1984 in Resolution #189-84 As
Amended, the Common Council directed the City Clerk to place an
advisory referendum on the November 6, 1984 ballot regarding
the possible purchase of DandiLion Park, and
WHEREAS, Bill Masterson, owner of the property, has advised
that since the City did not pick up the option offered by
September lst, he will explore other alternatives for the sale
of the property.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby reaffirm its direction to
6. 1984 ballot regarding the possible purchase of DandiLion
the City Clerk to place an advisory referendum on the November 1 - - Park. 0 DATED THIS 3rd DAY OF October 9 1984.
