RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MINIMUM ELECTRICAL PERMIT FEE 0
WHEREAS, Section 15.15 of the Municipal Code provides that
established by resolution of the Common Council, and fees for electrical permits shall be as from time to time
WHEREAS, the Rules, Laws h Ordinance Committee has
recommended that there be a change in the Minimum Charge for Any
One Permit, raising it from $10.00 to $15.00.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby amend Section 15.15(1) of the
Municipal Code to change the Minimum Charge for Any One Permit
from $10.00 to $15.00.
