CCR1984199RESOLUTION # 199-84 SECOND AMENDED RELOCATION ORDER OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WAUKESHA COUNTY, WISCONSIN (Tess Corners/Gaulke Dr. Drainage Project) NOW COMES the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, by its City Council and for its Second Amended Relocation Order hereby resolves as follows: 1. That this Resolution is an amendment to a Relocation Order which is Resolution 165-83 and an Amended Relocation Order which is Resolution 190-83; 2. That this Resolution is a Second Amended Reloca in accordance with Section 32.05(1), Wisconsin Statutes, purposes of the within described public improvements pro is also a determination of necessity for that project in with Section 32.07(2), Wisconsin Statutes; 3. That the sites of said permanent storm drainage easement and related temporary easements are contained in the document attached to this document and marked Exhibit "A"; that legal descriptions to said sites are attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "B-1" through "B-10"; 6. That the City of Muskego will acquire a permanent storm drainage easement and related temporary easements for storm drainage water course improvements as indicated on the exhibits attached hereto.
