APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER AND PHASE I1 DEVELOPMENT
(Denoon Park Project)

WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Department has submitted a
for Change Order work and Phase I1 development of the Denoon Park
request for additional funds in an amount not to exceed $16,750
Project, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does
hereby approve the expenditure of funds from TID #1 not to exceed $16,750 for Change Order work and Phase I1 development of the
Denoon Park Project as listed below, with the cost to be
reimbursed by LAWCON funds.
