DENIAL OF CLAIM
(David Garner)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a claim from David
Garner for damages sustained in a sewer backup, and
WHEREAS, this claim has been denied by the insurance company, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that this claim
be denied.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
does hereby deny the claim of David Garner for damages
sustained in a sewer backup at S76 W19298 Prospect Drive on
July 8, 1984.
