EXPRESSING OPPOSITION TO CITY-WIDE LAKE DISTRICT
WHEREAS, at their annual meeting on September 6, 1984, the
Little Muskego Lake Protection and Rehabilitation District
adopted a resolution directing the Commissioners to proceed
with the attachment of all properties within the City of Muskego to the Little Muskego Lake Protection and
Rehabilitation District, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended opposition to a
City-wide Lake District.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
Lake District.
