AUTHORIZATION TO EXECUTE CONTRACT
(Maxicare Health Insurance Company)
WHEREAS, settlement of the Police Association labor contract
provided that the City offer the additional health insurance
option of the Maxicare HMO, and
WHEREAS, Maxicare has agreed to offer insurance coverage to all
eligible employees of the City of Muskego effective September
1, 1984, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended the addition of
the Maxicare Health Insurance plan.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
does hereby authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute the
contract between the Maxicare Health Insurance Comnanv and the ~~ ~ ~~ ~~ ~~
0 City of Muskego effective September 1, 1984.
