APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER
(Denoon Park Project)
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Department has submitted a
for Change Order work for the Denoon Park Project to provide
request for additional funds in an amount not to exceed $1,500
for the use of a filter fabric in the boat launch area, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
exceed $1,500 for Change Order work for the Denoon Park Project
does hereby approve the expenditure of funds from TID #1 not to
with the cost to be reimbursed by LAWCON funds.
