DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT THE IMPLEMENTING
ORDINANCE FOR CERTAIN AMENDMENTS TO CHAPTERS 17 AND 18
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended amendments to the
Land Division Ordinance and Zoning Ordinance per the attached,
and
WHEREAS, the necessary Public Hearing has been held.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby direct the City Attorney to draft the implementing ordinance to amend Chapters 17 and 18 of the Municipal Code per
the attached.
