CCR1984181RESOLUTION #I 81 -84 (As Amended) MINNESOTA TITLE VS CITY OF MUSKEG0 SETTLEMENT PROPOSAL WHEREAS, Atty. Dubis has proposed a settlement of the Minnesota Title vs City of Muskego, et a1 litigation (former Ron Ford lot) , and WHEREAS, that proposal requests that an agreement be reached that the land covenant be in effect for an additional two years and then be lifted, and WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed this proposal and has recommended approval. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego. upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby aithorize the City Attorney to prepare the necessary documents for signature by the Mayor and Clerk to W18477 Topaz Drive effective two years from date of signature.
