DENIAL OF CLAIM
(S. Beckner)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a claim from Sharon
Beckner for $198.56 for damage to her vehicle from a property
damage accident involving a police vehicle, and
WHEREAS, this claim has been disallowed by the insurance
company, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that this claim
be denied.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
does hereby deny the claim of Sharon Beckner in the amount of
$198.56.
