AUTHORIZING PUBLIC OFFICIALS TO ISSUE NON-TRAFFIC
CITATIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH ORDINANCE 316 a

WHEREAS, the Common Council adopted Ordinance 316 creating
Section 1.06(10) of the Municipal Code which provides for
issuance of citations in non-traffic ordinance violations, and
WHEREAS, that ordinance provides that the Common Council shall
designate, by resolution, public officials who may issue
citations with respect to ordinances which are directly related
to the official responsibility of the officials, and
WHEREAS, Resolution #194-76 adopted October 12, 1976 designated
the following public officials as those individuals who may
issue citations:
Building Inspector
Deputy Building Inspectors
Superintendent of Public Works, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the Fire
Inspectors for the Tess Corners Volunteer Fire Department and
Muskego Volunteer Fire Company be included in that list.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
does hereby designate the following public officials as those
individuals who may issue citations:
Building Inspector
Deputy Building Inspectors
Superintendent of Public Works
Fire Inspectors
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Fire Inspectors are public
officials for purposes stated in this resolution.
