AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURES FOR DANDILION PARK STUDY
WHEREAS, in Resolution #21-84 As Amended, the Common Council
authorized the release of funds not to exceed $1200 from the
park dedication fund for pursuing the feasibility of purchasing
the DandiLion Park property, and
WHEREAS, the total engineering fees have exceeded that amount
by $58.00, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval of the
authorization to release an additional $58.00 from the park
dedication fund.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
does hereby authorize the release of an additional $58.00 from
the park dedication fund to cover the engineering fees involved
in pursuing the feasibility of purchasing the DandiLion Park
property.
