AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO APPOINT COMMITTEE TO
PURSUE THE FEASIBILITY OF PURCHASING PROPERTY FOR EXPANSION
OF THE INDUSTRIAL PARK
WREREAS, in 1983 the Industrial Development Committee reported
would be a great asset for the City, but the prices presented
that they agreed that the expansion of the Industrial Park
by the appraisals for the property involved were too high, and
WHEREAS, in order to further pursue the feasibility of
purchasing land for the expansion of the Industrial Park, the
Industrial Development Committee has recommended that a
Industrial Park Expansion Feasibility Committee be established.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authorize the Mayor to appoint a
committee to pursue the feasibility of purchasing property for
expansion of the Industrial Park.
