RELOCATION ORDER OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO,
WAUKESHA COUNTY, WISCONSIN
(St. Paul East Drainage Project)
NOW COMES the City of Muskego, Waukesha County,
Wisconsin, by its City Council and for its Relocation Order
hereby resolves as follows:
accordance with Section 32.05(1), Wisconsin Statutes, for the
purposes of the within described public improvement project and
accordance with Section 32.07 (2), Wisconsin Statutes;
it is also a determination of necessity for that project in

Permanent Easement for Water
Course Improvements
All that part of the Northeast % and Southeast + of Section 2,
Township 5 North, Range 20 East, City of Muskego, Waukesha
County, Wisconsin, being a 40.00 foot wide strip of land bounded
and described as follows:
Beginning at the East % corner of said Section 2; thence North
00' 45' 50" West, along the East line of the Northeast Ja of
said Section 2 and the West line of "Fountainwood 3rd Addition",
a recorded plat, 905.57 feet to the Southerly right-of-way line
of Janesville Road (S.T.H. "24"); thence South 59" 27' 10" West,
along said right-of-way line, 46.09 feet; thence South 00"
45' 50" East, 883.76 feet to the East % line of said Section 2;
thence South OOo 59' 19" East, 100.00 feet; thence North 87O
41' 18" East, 40.01 feet to the East line of the Southeast %
of Section 2; thence North OOo 59' 19" West along said Section
line 100.00 feet to the East 4 corner of said Section 2 and
the place of beginning containing 0.913 acres. Together with
a 10 foot wide temporary construction easement for water course
improvements lying Westerly, Parallel and Adjacent to the
above described permanent easement.
