DENIAL OF REQUEST TO AMEND THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP
(D. DeLaRosa - RS-3 OLS to RS-3 00s) B
WHEREAS, a petition to rezone the property at W188 S7634 Oak
Grove Drive from RS-3 OLS to RS-3 00s was submitted by Donna
DeLaRosa to allow the operation of an electrolysis business in
her home, and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing was held, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission defeated a resolution to approve
the rezoning because of the precedent which would be
established by starting a business in this existing congested
neighborhood and the traffic which would be generated on the
narrow roadway.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby deny the request of Donna DeLaRosa to rezone the
700s) for the purpose of establishing an electrolysis business roperty at W188 S7634 Oak Grove Drive from RS-3 (OLS) to RS-3
in her home because of the existing congestion in the
neighborhood and the increased traffic which would be generated
on this narrow roadway.
